Well our February Florida weather is cool in the mornings, warm during the day and cool at night. Which to be honest, suits me! But, we can't have perfect weather that suits us all can we? This weather has had me in the baking mode though. I saved a few apples from our mountain trip and baked an apple bundt cake to freeze for a Sunday dinner sweet. I feel like it's been forever since we've chatted. I have been so busy over the last couple of weeks, helping out with grandbabies, working part time, trying to do a little Christmas, and well, life is just busy right now. Anyone else there? Grandbabies sure makes life a whole lot sweeter. Those of you that have grands I can hear you saying AMEN! Seems time caught up with me quick this holiday season. I did manage with the help of my oldest granddaughter Raygen to get my kitchen and living room decorated for Christmas. There is an advantage to having older grands. LOL! I didn't decorate as much this year as I usually do but good enough for me. My granny's dishes got a touch of red this season added to them. I love my centerpiece for my dining room table.
