Good Sunday afternoon everyone. I hope that you all are having a wonderful Sunday and that tomorrow, July 4th, that you enjoy your red, white and blues. I just returned from from a short getaway to Fernandina Beach with my three daughters and we had such a wonderful time. We had one shower of rain but needless to say, I was a drowned rat! But oh did it ever feel so good and I simply just give praise for the much needed rain and time away with the girls. I for sure got the biggest soaking but then I can't move as fast as my girls! LOL! I found the cutest little Christmas ornament shop. I can't believe I did not take any pictures. Especially when I LOVE ALL THINGS CHRISTMAS. How about some marshmallow pops to start your Monday off? The kids and grands will love them.... EASY PEASY ....Let's get started! I found these cute straws at the Dollar store and decided to use them. They served two purposes...They would hold the marshmallow and then after the kids ate the marshmallow pop they could keep the straw! PRETTY SMART HUH? Buy a pack of Jumbo marshmallows. Place a marshmallow on the straw (or pop stick) Insert the stick a little more than half way through the marshmallow for a good hold. Lay to side. Now I wanted to be a little creative so decided to go with red, white and blue.... Bought a three compartment size plastic container from the Dollar Tree, a Patriotic plastic tablecloth and I already had some Styrofoam. I cut the styrofoam down just a tad to fit the trays and wrapped each piece with my plastic tablecloth. Now I am ready to melt my white chocolate. I bought Candiquick. You can use regular candy melt
