{A Whole Lot of Baking, Cooking and Loaded Tea Making Going On}

  Happy Sunday Afternoon friends. Hope you've all had a great week. I've been doing some cooking, baking and tea making.  I've really been enjoying making and creating loaded teas, shakes, smoothies and coffee drinks. I have not been writing down my recipes but guess I need to start doing that so I can remember what all I done! LOL!  I try to stick with healthy and low calorie drinks and have so many different things that I want to try.   But, this is an easy way to get extra vitamins, or Collagen, or protein.  I drink lots of water and this helps to give me something to add a little extra taste.   Mercy, I'm having too much fun with these teas. Decided to do a little baking this weekend too for my family. Pumpkin muffins with brown sugar topping was on my list for sure. {Alfresco Dining For Two, Birthday Party and Sweet Moments}

I hope that you all enjoyed your Memorial Day. It sure was a hot day in my neck of the woods but it didn't stop me from having a little red, white and blue fun. I am so thankful for those who have and is currently serving in the Military. I have family members that have served our country and one that is still serving. I LOVE IT! For Memorial Day my family had their own plans for the holiday so I decided that me and my man

Our niece Becca is expecting her first baby is July so our family threw her a little baby shower. Bohemian style.  My SIL Becky found a lady to make all the flowers, leaves and etc. and she simply placed it on bead board for a backdrop. I thought it turned out adorable.   This cute little mama to be enjoyed her shower very much. She's having a girl in case you can't tell by the decor. It is her motherinlove's, my SIL Becky's first grandchild. Needless to say there is excitement in the air! Oh I remember the birth of my first grandchild as though it was yesterday. Now she is 15 years old. We had a dessert only shower and oh my! Too much good stuff to choose from. See that adorable cake in the center? My SIS Shirley makes the BEST hummingbird cake you will ever eat! It is probably her most requested dessert.   Butter cak
