{Fall Please Come To Florida}

Well I am LATE in making a post this week!  Marty and I took three days off to do a little bow hunting in those old Georgia Pines. Camo, lipstick and earrings is a must for this huntress! LOL! A girl still gotta look like a girl...even when hunting right?  We had a good time. I actually had a nice breeze in my tree stand. Though no harvest was bagged we just enjoyed being away. Some of the sweetest times for me with the Lord is while I am sitting in a tree stand.  Had the two youngest grandgirls for a couple of days and of course we had a tea party! And sprinkles...we have sprinkles on EVERYTHING !  I've really enjoyed making coffees, shakes and loaded teas. Dang, I am getting pretty good at this! LOL! Everything I have made has been healthy, low in calories. Well, maybe I did add a whip or two of whipped cream and chocolate syrup!  Y'all, I won all these books! I was so surprised to get an email from my friend Cheryl at telling me I had won!

{Happy, Happy, Happy)

Remember the song.... If you're happy and you know it say Amen...If you're happy and you know it say Amen....If you're happy and you know it then your face will surely show it, if you're happy and you know it say Amen! These lovely flower arrangements was freshly picked out of my yard and made such pretty table pieces for a few days....and it made me HAPPY ! I just love the smell of gardenia's.  Done a little thrifting...and that ALWAYS makes me happy ! First stop produced this little batch of goodies....Scale, decanter and 5 white linen napkins!  And of course you know I just happened to find a tea cup and saucer! And I just might have to make a Sunflower cake.....  Ooh...loved these...found 8 of them. And you cannot imagine how excited I was when I found these cute flipflop spreaders!!! Our ladies ministry team will be having a "Flipflops, Friends and Fellowship" social in a few weeks and I will be using these

{Candy Bouquet}

How about a candy bouquet today with a little bling? Mercy, this bouquet almost didn't happen!!! Do you know how hard it was for me to NOT eat that REESE'S ? Only because I am a good Nana though.....LOL! My oldest granddaughter Raygen, who is 12 was trying out for Cheer-leading and I wanted to do a little something for her before she tried out that would be an encouragement to her. WELL what better than some CANDY right?  So I gathered up some goodies for the bou quet. Bought 4 boxes of candy to make my container to hold the bouquet with. Hot glued the boxes together to make a square.  Then I cut a piece of Styrofoam to fit and added just a tad of glue so when I pushed it down in the boxes that it would stay without falling out of the bottom.  Took a piece of tissue paper with a couple of toothpicks and stuck it in the Styrofoam.  Hot glued the little sticks onto the back of each candy piece. Then I s tarted assembling the bouquet

{Mini Chocolate Pies} Good Grief-Somebody just slap me!

Recipe: 1 egg Splash of water 1 box of Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust softened as directed on package 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix Sugar 1: Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. 2, Make egg wash by beating egg with just a splash of water till well blended. Set aside. 3. Mix puddin g according to directions on package and place in the frig. to set for just a bit. 4. Unroll pie crust.  5. I don't know what size my cookie cutter was but whatever size that you want to use would be fine. The bigger the cookie cutter the bigger the pie! LOL!  6. I cut out two crusts for each pie. Then with a teaspoon I put pudding on one pie crust. Then I placed the other piece of pie crust on top.   Doesn't matter if the pudding oozes out just a little. (but not a l ot) 7: Bru
