Well our February Florida weather is cool in the mornings, warm during the day and cool at night. Which to be honest, suits me! But, we can't have perfect weather that suits us all can we? This weather has had me in the baking mode though. I saved a few apples from our mountain trip and baked an apple bundt cake to freeze for a Sunday dinner sweet. How about a simple, festive, plastic and paper tablescape? I enjoy doing all the pretties for a tablescape but I do like the ease of simple too! Especially when we can eat off of it and toss it in the garbage! Decided to do something festive and easy. Decided to make my centerpiece first and then pull colors from that. The lilies came from Walmart and the rest was from the Dollar tree including the fruit I used. Found the cute planter at Dollar General. Less that $10 bucks for it all. Apple, Orange and Lemon went into the centerpiece. Had this sweet little book that was given to me in 1998 when I participated in Secret Sisters at church. Brought back lots of memories and decided it would be perfect for my festive look. Then I needed to add a couple of candles to match. Found these at Walmart for $1 each. The colorful table runner was a piece of material I had. Ooh, love my little bowls. $1 each from the Dollar Tree....
