Though I have shared with you all about my devotional book called "Jesus Calling" by Sarah Young before I just had to share today's devotional. God has truly used this little book to give me just what I need. I pray it speaks to your heart today. Stay calmly conscious of Me today no matter what. Remember that I go before you as well as with you into the day. NOTHING takes Me by surprise. I will NOT allow your circumstances to overwhelm you, SO LONG AS YOU LOOK TO ME. I will help you cope with whatever the moment presents. Collaborating with Me brings blessings that far outweigh all your troubles. WOO IS ME type of attitude?  I found myself recently in that state of mind and I was having such a GOOD PARTY that I was fixing to even invite others to join me!!!!  My pity party was geared towards things that had stemmed from the past as I was growing up and had turned into an “attitude” of mean and ugly thoughts (just being honest) a bad attitude to say the least and a whole list of “WHAT IF’S”.    I had gotten out of bed that morning with my heart heavy for so many prayer needs of friends, family and a few that had been mere acquaintances. PLEASEITUS: Do we EVER have this disease! Well, maybe I should say I have struggled in the past with this disease more than I care to talk about and find myself still struggling at times. It is an infection in which battles between the heart and the mind and when untreated for long periods of time affects one IN EVERY ASPECT OF THE THEIR VERY BEING. You ever had one of those mornings that it seems from the time you get out of the bed that "STUFF" just starts happening? Like irritating, crazy, little mundane things that cause you to STOP and take a deep breath and say, OKAY LORD , what's UP ? My morning started out like that!
