I hope this little post finds you all well and experiencing joy this Christmas Season.
I have been staying fairly busy but also enjoying some time off from work. As most know I work PT outside the home but have taken some time off and trying to savor the moments of the Christmas season.
I wanted to share a few snaps we took outside with a very simple little set up. But they turned out so cute. I LOVE the expression on the youngest grandgirl's face.
God surely knew what He was doing when He gave us grands!
Mercy, I sure do love these babies and so thankful God gave them to me.
We had a little fun baking too. Pretend baking and REAL baking!
YES LAWD...I had a mess to clean up but it was worth it to hear the laughter, singing and of course, smacking those sweet lips as they tasted their finished cookies.
I hope that you all are having a most blessed season and enjoying the days the that Lord has given to us. Day by day. Till next week....
Hugs and blessings, Cindy
Children have such a JOY about them. I think you nailed it! They live day to day. Isn't that what the Bible says?
ReplyDeleteWhat fun to be with the grands and making memories because that's what it is all about, MEMORIES!
Oh, Cindy, these are such fun pictures! Looks like you all had a ball during this photo shoot. It really shows their personalities. I can imagine you spent sometime cleaning up but I bet you giggled the whole time, remembering all the fun. ☺️ Thanks for sharing these, they made my morning! Have a blessed week, with your time off. Zenda

DeleteOh I LOVE those pictures, but most of all, I LOVE your sweet grandkids! They are all so uniquely wonderful and precious. You are truly blessed of the Lord to have such a wonderful family and to be able to be near them and enjoy them so much. What fun they have at your house!! I bet those cookies were really good too. What fun. Thank you for sharing the precious time with us. I just wish I could sample those cookies! LOL.
ReplyDeleteThanks Pam. The kids always make things exciting.
DeleteI love all the cute pictures of your grands. I miss doing things with my grands. Being sick for 2 weeks sure messed up my plans. Now I have to wear a mask around them. Covid is really bad over here. My dr said I am at risk and I probably got sick from one of the grands that goes to private school. The older two are not in school and wear mask when out. So my dr said I have to mask up since my resistance is low. I still hope we can have a baking day. I don't mind wearing a mask. My immediate family will be here and I am going to make a few Christmas mask. So do you live in Florida or Georgia? Where do you go hunting? No one I know goes hunting over where I live. We are in the city. I am glad you took time off work. I am so glad I am retired!
ReplyDeletePraying you are much better my friend. This COVID mess is bad stuff. We live in Florida but hunt in Ga. About 3 hours from home.
DeleteSuch adorable pics Cindy! I love the photo shoot setting you created! The last pic of your grandie girl watching TV with the white pooch is my favorite! I'm so glad you are enjoying the season to the max!
