{It's A New Beginning Y'all}

  It's a tad late to wish a  Happy New Year but I sure hope that it's kicked off good for everyone. Ours kicked off with being so THANKFUL for what God has done and is doing. As I told my family as we were reminiscing over 2024, "There is a lot of 2024 I DO NOT WANT A RE-DO but the Lord has surely taught me so very much. I am truly thankful for each breath, each day, family and close friends. We had our three youngest grands for New Years Eve. We had a great time and the girls enjoyed a little fishing, bonfire with their great-grandfather and roasting marshmallows. Their great-grandfather will be 90 years old next month. As most of you know I do a monthly focus board and this makes my 3rd or 4th year. I've lost count. Only fitting that New Beginnings would be my focus for January. This has been so good for me as it sits on my kitchen counter so I can see it daily. Wonderful way to focus and quote God's Word daily.  I felt up to hosting a lunch and movie day with ...

{Have you gotten Spring Fever yet?}

Well Spring has officially arrived according to the calendar but the weather part of Spring in Florida can change in a day! LOL!   I love my little wishing well. Now making the time to do that has been a nother story. But I have been busy doing other things such as.....

{This and That and Happy Easter}

Well it seems I am bouncing around right now from one thing to another. I've been doing a little bit of this and a little bit of that. What have you been up to this week? Baby girl carried me to a few of my "hot spots" for thrifting recently so found these cuties at a Goodwill. And NO I didn't need them but as one of my sisterinlove's would say, "It's not a matter of if I need it....I just WANT IT!  Won't this be cute this Fall? Watching the grandgirl play some ball is always fun... Watching my grandgirls fight over who will get to feel the baby move is always funny! They all won this time around though. Had a little birthday celebration with my mom and two of her friends for her 76th birthday. Nothing sweeter than the bond of friendship. I saw this on Wendy Saunder's Creative post (she is on P interest) and I loved it. Isn't this just the cutest? I may need to fix the front of my li...
