Well our February Florida weather is cool in the mornings, warm during the day and cool at night. Which to be honest, suits me! But, we can't have perfect weather that suits us all can we? This weather has had me in the baking mode though. I saved a few apples from our mountain trip and baked an apple bundt cake to freeze for a Sunday dinner sweet. Happy Sunday afternoon everyone. Marty and I had a little getaway for three days at the beach and listening to ocean roar. Feeling that beach wind blow across my face, sand between my toes and breathing in the salt air just did my heart good. It's amazing to me how the nature of God brings sunshine to our soul. I done a little reading in which I love to do while sitting on the beach. Marty carried "Old Glory" , yes, he named his kite and she flew perfectly with the wind that we had. He's had her now for three summers and he has enjoyed watching her soar. We sat out by the pool in the late afternoons and just simply done NOTHING ! Those three days seemed to fly quickly but I enjoyed simply being lazy. Sorta felt good! LOL! We enjoyed some good food.
